Rotajet Spray Washing Batch machine

These machines are used for low volume parts and larger components.  Low volume components are placed within the basket of the Rotajet spray washing machine; typically three stage machines are used fitted with wash, rinse and drying cycles. The wash cycle in the Rotajet spray washer uses a heated combined detergent and iron phosphate conversion coating. The detergent is used to remove the grease and oils from the surface of the steel, the iron phosphate reacts with the steel surface to provide an iron phosphate layer which acts as a corrosion inhibitor and a key for subsequent powder coating.  The machines also use zirconium phosphate in some applications, this can be applied at lower temperatures. The standard Rotajet spray washing machine can be manufactured to accommodate components up to 3000mm x 3000mm x 2500mm; if a larger machine is required Rotajet can manufacture bespoke phosphating machines.

Rotajet Tunnel washers

Rotajet tunnel washing machines are used for degreasing and phophating high volumes of steel components. The machines are fitted with a overhead conveyor track to which the steel components are hung, the components are wash, rinsed and dried and then go directly to the powder coating lines.
